RETURN POLICY

Returns

Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Dance Desire is happy to exchange or give a full refund for that product.

If goods are returned due to the incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on hosiery or underwear.
On Sale, Preloved or Bargin Bin items are also non-returnable.

Note: if you change your mind about a product for any reason and wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Returns will be accepted only if:

· Products are found to be faulty

· Incorrect size ordered

· Returned in its original packaging

· Not included in non-returnable items above

· Within 7 days of invoice date

· With an Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

You can request an Return Authorisation Number by emailing us with details of the fault receipt date and number; your name, address, contact details, details of the fault and instructions as to what you would like done (replace or refund)..

Please Note

· All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

· We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We suggest insuring your return item or ship via a carrier with tracking capability.

We accept no responsibility for damages of goods in transit.
